f you have not been to Acqua al 2, it is certainly worth a visit. A reservation is definitely a must, as this little restaurant does not seat many. For primi piatti, do not miss out on sharing the pasta sampler with your companion(s). The pasta sampler includes five different varieties of pasta with five unique sauces. You can easily smell the freshness of each pasta plate as it steams on the table upon arrival.

For a lighter primi piatti, the salad sampler is just as memorable. Three different types of salads are brought to the table, each with a sweet, yet tangy and very light taste. Acqua’s three different homemade dressings make the fresh vegetables especially flavorsome.

Acqua al 2 is also famous for their Blueberry steak and Balsamic steak. The texture exceptionally smooth and the taste even more juicy and divine. After taking the first bite, you will find yourself pleasantly shocked at how unique each of these steak dishes are.

Acqua is a great restaurant. The menu is reasonably priced and the ambiance is fun and friendly. The servers do an excellent job of making their customers feel welcome, accommodated, and more than content. Do not leave Florence without trying Acqua al Due; it is a guaranteed excellent meal and an unforgettable experience!
